  • On every web page where Xtreme Curves photos appear, there must be text directly below the images that reads "Photos courtesy of www.xtreme-curves.com"
  • All logos/text must remain on the images. If images are altered in compression or sizing, this must be noted in text near the images (Ex:"Images on the Xtreme Curves site are of higher resolution")
  • No property rights whatsoever, including derivative or licensing rights, are granted or inferred and all images provided by Xtreme-Curves.com remain the property of Xtreme Curves at all times. Images cannot be redistributed via email, or posted in the Newsgroup
  • Images can be used for banner ad creation, but you must first submit them to us for approval prior to use, and the banners are for the sole purpose of marketing Xtreme Curves. No creating banners for your site using our images.
  • XTREME-CURVES' CONTENT CANNOT BE USED TO PROMOTE OTHER PROGRAMS. USE OF OUR CONTENT TO PROMOTE OTHER PROGRAMS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT, FORFEITURE OF MONIES OWED AND ANY OTHER MEASURES WE CAN TAKE LEGALLY. WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THE ABUSE OF OUR CONTENT. For those partners who promote multiple sponsors, all ads created with our content must have the design of the ad so that our site is the clear and unmistakable primary sponsor for that ad. So, for example, having a page of XC images with Sponsor x on the top, Sponsor Y in the middle, Sponsor Z on the bottom and then an XC banner/text on the bottom-bottom will be considered abuse. If you have any doubts as to whether your use of the content is appropriate, please do not hesitate to email us. (If you see our content being misused, please email us the URL.)
  • Thick$taxxx is owned and operated by Xtreme-Curves.com. You must be of legal age (18 years or older) to join our program and advertise our site.
  • We do not accept webmasters into our program if they are using illegal or unlicensed material. This includes bestiality, scat, simulated rape, extreme bdsm, kiddie porn, etc.
  • We do not allow e-mail spam or newsgroup advertising of our sites.
  • We do not accept webmasters who own websites hosted on Geocities, Angelfire, Tripod, or any other non-adult freehost.
  • All of our transactions are processed through CCBill and Paycom.net; all technical and billing-related issues regarding your account are handled by the CCBill and Paycom staff.
